What is included in the Tour Package?
Our Packages include Comfortable Hotel Stays, Transport during the Tour and the Meals listed on each Package (usually Breakfast and Dinner). Sightseeing stops are part of the Itinerary. Optional Activities such as River Rafting, Jeep or Zip Line and Entry Tickets are charged separately. Please check each Package's Feature list for exact details.
How do booking and payment work?
Choose your package and tap Book Now or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and your seat is secured with an 40% of advance payment. The remaining balance is paid before departure and our team will share the payment details with you directly.
Can I cancel or change my travel dates?
Date changes are possible subject to availability, if requested in advance. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel: the earlier you let us know, the lower the deduction. Advance payments may be partly Non-Refundable once Hotels and Transport are reserved. Contact us for the exact terms of your booking.
Do you offer Private Trips or Custom Group sizes?
Yes. Most tours run as Group Departures and we also arrange Private & By Air Trips for Couples and Families. Share your Dates, Group Size and Route. We will Customize the Itinerary Hotels and Luxury Transport for you.
Which documents do I need before Travelling?
Carry your Original CNIC (Foreign Nationals should carry their Passport), as it is required at Checkpoints and Hotel Check-in. Children without a CNIC should carry a B-Form/Smart Card. If any Special Permission applies to your route, we will let you know in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance amount will be adjusted & can be usable in Next 6 Months in any Trip.
- More than 14 Days Before Departure: 100% of the advance payment will be adjusted.
- 7 Days Before the Departure Before Departure: 50% deduction & remaining will be adjusted
- Less than 3 Days Before Departure: 100% Deduction.
- No Amount will be refunded/adjusted to the clients if they cancel the Tour on last day/ before Departure.
- Date Changes: Allowed Once, Subject to Availability, if requested on the above mentioned days before departure.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible special cases will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to account verification.
- If SafarNext Cancels A Tour due to Weather, Road Closure or Safety Reasons, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.
